Cancellation Policy

No travel fee areas include: Sutton, Carshalton, Wallington, Croydon, Purley, Epsom, Banstead Mitcham, Norbury, Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton, Tolworth, Richmond, Twickenham, Hamton, Tooting, Balham, Earsfield, Clapham, Brixton. Other areas will include travel fee. Minimal travel fee is £20 and it will be added to your payment. If your booking has a travel fee you will be informed before confirmation. IF you have any questions about the fee please dont hasitate to contact me on email or phone. Please leave your self some time after the treatment, because our treatment might start and finish 10-15min later. Sometimeson on the way to my patients I face unexpected obsticles that can delay my arrival time and I ask my patients to allow me at least 10min buffer time. My set up and pack up time is included in buffer time. I dont like anyone canceling their treatment, but I know circumstances might change and sometimes it is the only option. Instead I preffer rescheduling so please contact me and we will find the time that works for both of us. If you cancel your booking you will lose your promo discount and it will not be applied to your next booking. I have 24hours cancelation and 12hours reshedule policy. If you will make changes after these time limits you will be charged your booking fee which is £30. At the arrival I expect to have a quiet, clean and resenobly spacious area that would be enough to put a treatment table up and enough for me to walk freely around as well as to have a space for my special equipment (cups, needles, etc.) if needed.
